The 'Agency' law in NC was created as a source of
consumer protection and awareness to all parties
engaged in a real estate transaction. Under the arrangement of Buyer Agency,
you, along with a licensed agent, sign an agreement that states you want
full representation through the home buying process.
It is in your best interest to have a licensed agent represent you rather
than an agent representing the seller.
As a Buyer's Agent, we work solely for you
and represent your best interests as your exclusive agent. Commissions are
paid by the sellers, even when the sellers are builders or the property is new
construction. This is stated within the agreement we sign with you. We are
held accountable by the NC Real Estate Commission along with a litany of
others!
The morale of the story...
if you keep missing out on your favorite home, it’s probably because you are
finding it toooooo late!
