Prior to making an offer on your new home,  we will conduct a thorough market evaluation of it.  (We don't want you to over pay for it either!)  Next, we write an Offer to Purchase with you, explaining the ins and outs of the contract. We present the Offer to the seller (or their agent) and begin negotiations on your behalf. Work continues through the scheduling and review of inspections, home warranty questions, surveyors, along with keeping on top of lender deadlines, and making sure the attorneys have what they need to get your home closed in a timely manner.
